You can permanently delete your Shame Shield account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways:
Open the app → tap the Settings gear on the Home screen → scroll to Delete my account → confirm. This immediately and permanently removes your profile, daily check-ins, and AI coach conversations.
If you can't access the app, email hello@shame-shield.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll remove your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Your account, name, email, onboarding answers, daily check-ins, captured tasks, AI coach message history, and any support tickets. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
